Troubleshoot access cards

Guide to troubleshoot an employee access card that is not working properly In Micrologic.

Verify the Access Card is in Dayforce

Follow the guide:
- DAYFORCE - HOW TO ADD AND EDIT EMPLOYEE ACCESS CARDS
After the card is updated in Dayforce it can take up to 30min to replicate to the local system or show up in Wash Assist.
If after verifying the access card is correct and waiting 30min and the access card is still not functioning properly please contact Mister IT.
