How to change operating system setting on the KVM

PURPOSE

Troubleshooting the mouse and/or keyboard not working when plugged into the KVM (Keyboard, Video, & Mouse.

PROCESS

Press “Scroll” “Scroll” or the Scroll Lock key on the keyboard.
You will see the following screen on your monitor. Press F4 to enter administrator mode.
Using your arrow keys scroll down to Set Operating System. Press Enter.
The Operating System (OS) will change from WIN to MAC.
Use your arrow keys to scroll to each device listed and press Enter to change Operating System from WIN to MAC.
Once done, press Esc 3 times on your keyboard to exit.
