How to forward calls in Teams

PURPOSE

This document will outline the steps to be taken to forward calls in Microsoft Teams.

PROCESS

Computer

In Microsoft Teams, click three dots next to your profile picture and select Settings.
Click Calls.
Select the option Forward my calls. Then, select New number or contact.
Enter the number to forward to and it will be saved automatically.
Your calls will now be forwarded.

Phone

In the Microsoft Teams app, click your profile picture and select Settings.
Click Calling.
Turn on Call forwarding and click Forward to.
Enter the number to forward to and it will be saved automatically. Your calls will now be forwarded.
