EMAIL - HOW TO CLEAR OUTLOOK CACHE AFTER A MIGRATION
PURPOSE
If an email is being returned to you, follow the steps below.
PROCESS
- Open Outlook on your computer.
- Click New Email to initiate a new email draft.

In the To field, input the desired distribution list address.

Example: allstores@mistercarwash.com
- Once your distribution list appears as a suggestion (in this case, the “All Employees” group), hover your mouse over it.
- An X icon will appear next to the entry. Click on this icon to remove the selected entry from the Outlook cache library.
- Exit and relaunch the Outlook application.
