EMAIL - HOW TO CREATE A DISTRIBUTION LIST
PURPOSE
Create a distribution list to send an email to multiple people without having to add each name individually to the To, Cc, or Bcc lines.
PROCESS
- Open Outlook.
- On the Navigation bar, click People (icon or word).
- Under My Contacts, select the folder where you want to save the contact group. Then, select New Contact Group.

Name your Distribution List. Then, click Add Members to add members to your Distribution List.

NOTE: To add some who is not in your Address Book or Contacts, select New E-mail Contact.
