How to install SS1.5
PURPOSE
Explains how to replace a Send Station with a Send Station 1.5 at a site.
PROCESS
- The old Send Station is in the IT Cabinet and is a Blue box.

NOTE: It should have a label that says send station on the front.
- Plug the VGA to Display port adapter into the Dell 7010 PC.
- Plug the 6 ft black VGA cable into the cable you attached in the step above.
- The other end of the VGA cable goes into the KVM console replacing the old Send Station VGA cable.
- Remove the ethernet cable from the old Send Station computer and plug it into the Dell 7010 computer.
- Remove the USB cables from the old Send Station compute and plug them into the Dell 7010 computer.
- Using the call tag, send the old Send Station (Blue Rack Mount PC) back to HQ.
- Move the Adderlink cables highlighted below to the new Send Station computer.
- This is what the send station should look like at the end. Touch screen, video cables, network cable should only be connected.
- Order the following Hope Industrial enclosure on HotShop.
- Item number: ENCL-TC01-SS4-L2
- After receiving the Hope Industrial enclosure, follow the instructions below.
