Troubleshoot no image on send station
PURPOSE
Troubleshoot the Visual Queue (VQ) that does not have images on it.
PROCESS
- “No Image” pictures with a crossed-out circle icon could be vehicles that were sent from the POS terminal, which do not have a camera and would be unable to send an image to VQ.
- If you are still experiencing the problem, check the IT Cabinet Network Switch and ensure the Visual Queue camera (VQ CAM) cable is securely plugged in.

NOTE: Use the guide below the cables to identify the VQ CAM cable (in the example below, VQ CAM is plugged into Port #17).

- Check the VQ CAM cable connection inside the gate.
- Unlock the gate and open the front panel.
- The VQ CAM cable should be plugged in (pictured below).

NOTE: There will be unused cable ends, which is normal.

WARNING: DO NOT attempt to plug anything into the unused cable ends.
