How to find the serial number on a Polycom desk phone

PURPOSE

You need to find and provide the serial number for your Polycom phone.

PROCESS

The 14-digit serial number is normally listed on the back of the phone.
Alternatively, you may also follow these steps to locate the serial number through the settings.
Press the Home Button
Select Settings
Select Status
Select Platform
Select Phone
The Serial number is listed here.
