How to hard restart a Pegasus Kiosk

PURPOSE

If a kiosk is not starting properly. The power to the kiosk computer may have been cut off unexpectedly, such as: the kiosk power switch was flipped or a breaker was tripped.

When this happens, the kiosk computer will not restart until the power cord has been unplugged and plugged back in.

PROCESS

Open the door of the kiosk.
Locate the kiosk computer mounted on the left-hand side of the compartment. Unplug the green power cord and plug it back in.
