How to install a manager computer

If you receive a replacement Manager PC, follow the steps below to set it up.

Unbox the Manager PC and its power cable from the packaging.
Plug in the display and KVM cables to the Manager PC. Ensure the VGA cable (marked blue in the picture below) is attached to the dongle (pictured below).
Plug in the network cable to the Manager PC.
Replace the existing power cable with the one you received. Plug it into the Manager PC and an outlet.
The Manager PC will turn on automatically. If it doesn’t turn on automatically, press the power button on the front of it.
The Manager PC will sign in account automatically. If it doesn’t, restart the computer.
Click the Internet icon on the bottom right of the screen. Ensure the Manager PC connects to Ethernet.
Log into the following applications with the store account credentials:
1. Outlook
2. OneDrive
3. Microsoft Teams
Follow the instructions in the Email Signature Guidelines document to create your store’s email signature in Outlook.
After the new manager PC is set up
Please follow the instructions provided with the return label to send the old Manager PC and its power cable back to HQ using the provided return label..
