Troubleshoot training computer audio
PURPOSE
Provide troubleshooting steps to fix audio issues on training computer.
PROCESS
- If the audio only playing out of the internal speakers, go to the training computer
- Plug the green AUX cable into the second audio jack port .
- NOT THE HEADPHONE JACK!
- Then plug the other end into the “Audio In” port on the “KVM Transmitter”
- Make sure that the AUX Extender Cable is plugged into the Audio output on the “KVM Receiver” NOT COMING OUT OF THE MONITOR!
